Keyword Research Services – Travis Sago’s Instacash Tested & Reviewed

Posted by amm on Wednesday, 31 March, 2010

Are you like me and struggle with keyword research? Actually I can find loads of keywords. My problem is finding good keywords.

I thought the data from Google’s keyword tool was always bang on. I mean, they wouldn’t be telling fibs about their data, would they? Turns out they do and they don’t.

Any data you get isn’t accurate. It would have been correct at some point though. The answer to this particular enigma came to me almost accidentally.

I went for a key phrase with around 5,000 pages competing against it. I was pretty sure I could get a good result with that keyword. I put out probably thousands of articles.

It didn’t take long to notice there were now over 9000 competing sites. I could hardly believe that. Had there been some mistake? As it happens most of these extra results were my articles on these different sites.

The point I’m trying to get across is that had I looked at the keyword with 9000 competitors, I would have left it alone. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. Not a bad situation to be in if you ask me.

I got lucky on that keyword but I suspected I may not get lucky again so I made the decision to try out a keyword research service. Hopefully I could get some golden keywords delivered to my inbox every day. I calculated the cost of these services and concluded that they were value for money.

Of the keyword research services on offer I opted to try Travis Sago’s Instacash. Travis being at the top of the bum marketing pile. Bum marketing is something I really like.

One or two good quality keywords delivered each day could save me hours of time. Two hours or so to me is quite valuable. Put that couples hours saved against the daily cost and it adds up to value.

All the big marketers bang on about outsourcing. I see this as an outsourcing project. I’m simply outsourcing the job to a keyword research service.

You can find out just how the trial went over at my site. I mentioned earlier about getting thousands of articles published for a good keyword. I’ll let you know how I did that on my site

Keyword Research Services – Read My In Depth Test Of One

Posted by amm on Monday, 22 March, 2010

Are you like me and struggle with keyword research? Finding keywords isn’t actually the problem. My problem is finding good keywords.

I thought the data from Google’s keyword tool was always bang on. I had no reason to doubt the leading player’s figures. Sadly, that’s not always how it goes.

What you see (the data) is not what you get. It would have been correct at some point though. I discovered the answer almost by pure chance.

I homed in on a key phrase with roughly 5000 competing websites. I was pretty sure I could get a good result with that keyword. So I set out putting articles out. Lots of articles.

Not long after I saw that there were now almost nine thousand competing sites. I was shocked at this huge difference. Looked like it was going to be hard work. I was relieved to see that an awful lot of these competitors were showing my articles.

My point being is that I’d have swerved this keyword if I had seen nine thousand competitors. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. A win win situation if you ask me.

Anyway, I decided to give a keyword research service a try as I couldn’t count on getting lucky every time. Getting a daily list of quality keywords sent is something that appeals to me. I calculated the cost against the time it would take me and it seemed a value for money concept.

I decided to give Travis Sago’s Instacash service a try. Travis being at the top of the bum marketing pile. Bum marketing is something I really like.

It takes me an hour or two to come up with a couple of decent keywords. Getting them delivered is a huge help. When all I have is time then two hours saved can be huge to me. Put that couples hours saved against the daily cost and it adds up to value.

I get a lot of emails from gurus banging on about outsourcing. I see this as an outsourcing project. Outsourcing my keyword research to someone else.

Do you wanna know how it went with the Instacash service? Get on over to my website and I’ll tell you. I mentioned earlier about getting thousands of articles published for a good keyword. I’ll show you how I did that at my site.
